Cancellation policy

We do ask this is considered prior to requesting any changes to your scheduled appointment. At Dermarsa Cosmetic Art Clinic require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel all appointments full refundable. If you cancel 48 hours the deposit unrefundable. 24 hours cancellations 80% from the treatment amout charged. Less than 24 hours fully amount charge. You can do maximum 2 times reschedule. If you fail to attend will results charged full amount.

If you fail to attend a consultation or meet reschedule notice period, consultation fee is lost, and further payment will be required to secure a future appointment.

Due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control there may be occasions when we have to cancel appointments at very short notice. We will do our very best assist you with finding similar appointment for the soonest available date possible.

Late Arrival

Unforeseen circumstances can lead to delays, we are sympathetic to this. Please try and contact the clinic if you know you are going to be delayed (if safe to do so) and we will do our best to accommodate you. Any arrival 15 minutes later than your booked appointment time may need to be rescheduled, which may result in you losing your deposit or loosing a session from a pre paid course.
